Position Overview
The Carpenter will work on residential remodel projects from demo to finish. The ideal candidate has strong carpentry skills, understands remodel job flow, communicates well, and can work independently or as part of a team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site and producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities
Perform rough and finish carpentry for residential remodels
Install framing, doors, trim, cabinets, flooring, and related components
Assist with demolition and site preparation
Read and interpret plans, measurements, and project specifications
Ensure accuracy, craftsmanship, and attention to detail
Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety standards
Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners
Troubleshoot and problem-solve as issues arise in remodel environments
Qualifications
3+ years of carpentry/residential remodeling experience (preferred)
Proficient in framing, trim, cabinetry, and general carpentry tools
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, roofs, and tight spaces
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and punctuality
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic understanding of plumbing/electrical principles is a plus
