We are looking for an on-site property manager for a beautiful 55+ mobile home park in Issaquah.
Main responsibilities are:
*Collecting rent
*Tenant relations and compliance - current and prospective tenants (leases, rules and regs, notices, communications)
*Walking the grounds
*General landscape upkeep and supervision
*Repairs and maintenance upkeep and supervision
*Responsible for operations management
*Informed on Mobile Home Landlord-Tenant Act
Must live on site and be available as needed
Must have property mgt experience.
Must have good communication skills, manual labor experience, hands on, and be proactive.
Must have prior experience, perfect for a retired couple
