This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows roofing, takes safety seriously, and can run an efficient, organized job site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise roofing crews on residential projects
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities and crew workflow
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
- Enforce jobsite safety rules and company procedures
- Communicate clearly with crew members, management, and homeowners as needed
- Identify and resolve jobsite issues proactively
- Prior roofing experience required, ideally 10+ years (foreman or lead experience strongly preferred)
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Ability to read job scopes, plans, and schedules
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Reliable, responsible, and consistently on time
- Ability to communicate effectively in English for safety and jobsite coordination
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- $35-50/hour DOE
- Bonus eligibility up to $100/hour for performance and safety
