Hinge mortising template. It’s a little completed but once you set it up you can mortise both the door and jamb and they will mate up perfectly. I did a lot of remodel work and if I was replacing a door I needed the hinge spacing to match existing doors. This unit can handle 2 or 3 hinge doors and can accommodate hinges from 1 3/4 inches to 5 inches.
