We currently have a position opening for Support Technician 1 in our Support Center.
As a Support Technician you would be responsible for:
•Troubleshooting reactive tickets and issues
•Mobile device (iOS/Android) troubleshooting
•Network connectivity troubleshooting (wired and WiFi)
•Workstation imaging (MDT)
•Remote support of desktop, application, and basic network issues (printing, credentials, and connectivity).
•Managing time and schedule through a SMA/Ticketing Application
•Escalating tickets and working with other engineers to resolve client problems and/or create new solutions
•Occasionally go onsite and perform project work as needed
•Office 365 provisioning
•Windows Server 2012R2 and newer
•Microsoft Deployment Tools
•ConnectWise Automate (LabTech)
•Verbal and Written communication skills
•Attention to detail
•Time Management and documentation
•Creative problem solving - able to see the big picture
