This Fitness Reality 1000 Plus (Model 2636) is a highly rated, magnetic rowing machine with 14 levels of magnetic resistance. You get ultra-quiet smooth rowing in comfort with extra-wide grip handlebars, a large ergonomically contoured seat, and pivoting anti-slip foot pedals.This rower is unique with a design to let you do additional strength exercises using front stabilizer foot plates and your choice of resistance. You can perform bicep curls, upright rows, tricep extensions, and other strength exercises and change resistance with a twist of the dial. See the last photo.

This model sold new for $299 and the actual rowing mechanism works perfectly, but now the monitor doesn't seem to display all modes, so it's priced accordingly. The rower folds for easy storage and includes built-in transport wheels. It supports users up to 250 lbs and heights from 4'9" to 6'6.
