Schedule spa services for individuals and groups of all sizes using scheduling software. Call guests to confirm scheduled services and address any questions they may have about available services. Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day, inform providers of last-minute changes, and resolve scheduling issues as needed by working with your supervisor. Check in guests for appointments and provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival. Process guest payments for spa services and obtain payment authorization as needed. Stock retail items upon delivery; fold towels and robes, and clean up after guests.
