PROTECT FLOORING, COUNTERTOPS, FURNISHINGS AND FIXTURES TO FURTHER PROTECT THE HOME.
Furniture will be moved to the center of the room and completely covered in new plastic sheeting. All flooring, countertops, furniture and fixtures will be covered with clean, new plastic sheeting and thick builder's paper.
SANDING
Stained surfaces will be scuff sanded to help provide a smooth finish and to promote bonding.
CAULKING
Seams, joints and cracks will be caulked for a more appealing finished product. Nail holes from installation will be puttied if needed to further protect the home.
CLEANING
Surfaces to be painted will be cleaned to remove dust, atmospheric soil and contaminants once sanding is complete.
PRIMING
When the cabinets and woodwork are sanded, caulked and cleaned a coat of Sherwin-Williams ProBlock Primer will be applied to promote adhesion, provide a smoother finish and prevent old stain bleed-through. This applies if the cabinets or woodwork was previously stained.
FINAL PREPARATION
Once the primer is completely dry, the new surface will be lightly sanded a second time, cleaned, re-caulked and spackled as needed.
BEAUTIFUL APPLICATION
Following the preparation our experienced painters will apply a fresh coat of Sherwin-Williams Promar 200 or ProClassic by brush or spray depending on the demands of the painting project providing a beautiful finished product.
CLEANING UP
The project isn't complete until our crew has thoroughly cleaned up. They will begin to move possessions and furniture back into place. Finally, window coverings, wall plates, and fixtures are reinstalled and we perform a final clean.
INSPECTION AND FOLLOW-UP
The project will be inspected while in progress and at completion. A supervisor will inspect and review the project with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
