Seeking stable rental arrangement for a room and parking, at most $1,200 per month. Prefer washer and dryer in residence, rather than a community laundry/laundromat.
As a person:
Single, middle-aged, autistic (level 1), LGBTQIA+, aromatic, asexual, college grad. These aren’t my personality, just aspects to who I am.
When working full time I flex my schedule from 10 am to midnight. I am clean/straight edge, but don’t mind legal usage by others. No rap sheet, and prefer the same if possible. (RAP = Record of Arrests and Prosecutions)
I am a moderate with a liberal bias, but I am critical of all reporting/news, and capable of conversation without being triggered or attacking. Given present reporting, affiliation with anarchists and activists is out of the question for me. Community organizing is fine and good, I just have boundaries for it as an individual without a community.
As a roommate:
Quiet during others’ sleeping hours and naps. Rarely cook, but can clean based on household arrangements. Pets and farm animals okay. Have none myself, but appreciate and care about animals. Hearing is sensitive in case there are frequently loud sounds at home.
Why I am looking:
9-year tenant rental arrangement is ending by November so the owner can sell the residence and retire.
