Looking for Backyard Space for a Tent (Seattle, Renton)

I'm looking to rent a safe, quiet backyard where I can set up my tent during the summer and fall. I only need access to a shower in the morning and evening.
I leave for work around 5:00 AM and return late at night, so I'll be gone most of the day. I'm clean, quiet, respectful, non-smoker, and simply looking for a peaceful place to sleep and recharge.
