I rent a 3 bedroom house near Maltby, and I have a furnished bedroom available to sublet. This room is huge (12 ft x 15 ft) compared to what you get in Redmond or Bellevue, and it is a house-sharing situation, so you have full access to the kitchen, living room with large fireplace, patio, etc. Also, there is a 5 acre mowed yard so if you have a dog, it's heaven for the pup. Mine loves it. Plenty of parking too.
We currently have two professionals living here with dogs, and are looking for a third housemate who fits in well, along with well-behaved pets.
