I am an experienced real estate investor/developer looking for properties that have potential for development or fixer houses or even homes not considered as fixers. I have the ability to develop a large residential plat of 50 lots or more (I have done it before) or will consider a smaller short plat opportunity, like creating 2 lots from an existing large single lot if the property is located in a desirable upscale area. I am also looking for fixers or tear down properties. If you have a commercial property that needs work, I will consider that as well.
