Location: Redmond, WA

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 35–40 hours/week (occasional Saturdays as needed). Typical hours 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; we’re flexible.

Welcome Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days (mutual fit).

Position Overview

This role combines order processing, fulfillment, and customer communication. You’ll thrive here if you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced small-team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process online orders in ShipStation (transfer, pick lists, packing slips, shipping labels).
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time (UPS/FedEx/USPS).
• Handle phone orders and provide customer support via phone and email.
• Restock inventory and maintain organized work areas.
• Assist with general office tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, website updates).
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely, professional service.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organization; able to prioritize in a fast pace.
• Computer savvy; ShipStation, Slack, Groove Packer, Zendesk and QuickBooks
• Familiarity using 3rd party Marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Shopping carts like WooCommerce a plus
• Clear, friendly communication (written & verbal).
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
