Support Sales Managers in this tight-knit group of sales driven individuals as you perform administrative tasks including filing and retrieval of sales-related documents, complete agreements, quote sheets and contracts, update internal and retailer databases with account details and status, coordinate meetings and calls for the Sales Account Management team, liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service, and help create promotional materials (e.g. presentations and videos) plus so much more!
Use your great MS Office and communication skills to interact with buying teams and manufacturers to give timelines, updates and an ongoing exchange of information to provide seamless support and top-quality client service. Bring proven work experience as a Junior Account Manager, Sales Coordinator or other support/service relevant role, ability to multi-task, your proactive, self-managed attitude, eye for detail, excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities and a flexible mindset to help drive business and be a strong contributor to this fast-paced team!
