Great for uplighting, useful for inverting smaller DJ lighting, smaller Par lighting, especially Par 46. Each base comes with the hardware pictured (bolt, washers, nut), but not the light pictured.
I have not tried using these bases for Par 56 lights. I definitely would not use them for Par 64 lights.
