This is a brand new Roland Mood Pan in an open box. I purchased this to use for a project that never happened. The batteries were installed to verify that it works and it went back in the box. It is in it's original packing with included manual, etc. This is truly an amazingly organic instrument that is really expressive. I am just not enough of a hand drummer to make use of it. These are over $650 anywhere you look online, and that is if they are even in stock. I waited 3 months to get this one. My loss is your gain.

Sporting Roland's industry-leading electronic percussion tech, the Mood Pan is centered around nine touch-sensitive pads that are easy to play with your fingers. These pads can coax tones from eight preset instruments, as well as four user slots, across 12 different tunings, which you'll hear clearly via either the Mood Pan's built-in speaker or its headphone jack. You can add further character and ambience to these sounds by utilizing the Control pad or the Effects knob.
