Performance – Design New Standards. . .

Manage, coordinate and execute integrated digital marketing strategies, specifically SEO, SEM, mobile, tablet, online leasing and emerging technologies.
Create customized & targeted SEO landing page solutions to maximize effectiveness of Search campaigns.
Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, meta-tag creation, link development and other SEO related activities.
Responsible for ongoing analysis of web site statistics to continually improve site performance, traffic, conversion and ROI.
Drive web and property traffic to show continuous improvement in reducing cost-per-lead and cost-per lease.
Manage image and video content distribution to 3rd party sites such as YouTube and Flickr.
Ongoing in-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting and search engine behaviors.
Keep up to date on the latest SEO strategies and technologies and assist in improving solution offerings.
Support all efforts to meet marketing and organizational goals.
Works with Weidner web site provider to set up web sites for new acquisitions and developments.

Maintain accuracy of web site by making all changes and corrections to the web site via the content management system, including community descriptions, photos and floor plans.
Effectively deliver integrated marketing solutions for the Weidner web site, mobile/tablet programs and applications.
Effectively manage multiple medium to large-scale web-based projects across varied disciplines, on time and within a budget.

Qualifications:

Complete understanding of and 2-3 years proven experience with SEO and web analytics, including Google Analytics, to analyze results of search marketing efforts.
Experience using SEM to increase traffic and company exposure.
Familiar with HTML and Internet principles; understanding of how different web technologies influence site search ability.
Possess solid project management discipline - able to put a project plan together with start time, benchmarks, and estimated completion date, and consistently achieve all three.
Highly proficient in Excel, ZenDesk and Yardi.
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher.
Experience with WordPress and Entrata web sites highly desirable.
Proven relationship-management experience and excellent organizational ability, with close attention to detail and process.
Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully, across multiple tasks, with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Possess a marketing and customer service orientation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing or related field experience preferred.
Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing.
Valid and current driver’s license.
