We are an independent Bellevue real estate brokerage seeking a part-time Social Media Intern to work alongside our current Marketing Manager promoting our in-house video content and social media campaigns. We are looking for someone to take our excellent content and get it in front of our target audience. Our brokerage specializes in video, which you can view by searching "Summit Properties NW, LLC" on YouTube. This role will manage social networks, including but not limited to: blogs, Facebook, Yelp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. About the Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic Social Media/Marketing Intern to join our fast-growing team.

This person will manage tasks including, but not limited to:

• Interact with the fans and followers of our social media accounts
• Support social media content creation
• Respond to product and service related questions on social media
• Placing online ads across a variety of platforms
• Cross promotion of online content
• Create highly effect online/social media campaigns (organic and paid)
• Analyze social media campaign success on an ongoing basis

Location: Bellevue

Qualifications:

• A passion for engaging on social media channels
• Keen understanding of various social media platforms & their audiences
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Photography, video or digital art experience (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Strong creative and copywriting skills
• Research and analytics capability
• Customer service or experience with customer facing situations
• Ability to engage with a community
• Familiarity with online social media and content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube...)
