Key Objectives

Establishes and maintains working relationships with external industry-leading media outlets and personalities
Contributes to the growth by executing PR and marketing campaigns across a variety of both internal and external channels
Drives awareness through strategic PR and marketing campaigns which results in quality recruiting to the program and increased visibility

Conceptualize inspired PR and marketing campaigns that effectively and creatively tell stories
Create quality and effective PR and marketing assets including written copy, visual graphics, and video material
Use content management tools like Opal, Sprinklr, and WordPress to plan, schedule, and publish campaign elements on social media channels, blogs, email platforms, and more
Leverage internal and external relationships to plan and distribute PR and marketing content that amplifies our story
Segment audiences in combination with campaign targeting to reach maximum effectiveness of all campaigns
Apply insights, data, user research, and community feedback to drive the maximum performance of all campaigns
Monitor and manage community engagement across all social and content channels, both internal and external
Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices by seeking information from PR and marketing media outlets, webinars, trainings, etc.
Participate as a team member in all program-related PR and marketing initiatives led by other team members
Work closely with the Communications Specialist to ensure efforts are aligned across all channels
Always strive for better quality, performance, and results

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or similar
2+ years of proven success managing online PR and marketing campaigns
Basic knowledge of SEO and how it relates to social media and marketing
Experience executing paid and organic strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube to grow and foster an engagement community
Possess a diverse portfolio of conceptualized and created campaign content including, but not limited to, blogs, marketing emails, social media posts, visual marketing assets, and video work
Understanding of the power in influencer and affiliate marketing
Proficiency using tools like Sprinklr, Opal, Dynamics 365 Marketing App, and WordPress
Basic knowledge of HTML and in-line CSS
Ability to analyze web and social data and apply those findings to future campaigns
