Position Summary
The Marketing Director is a vital role, as he or she will be the first person with whom each of our potential clients will interface. Your energy and attention will be our company's all-important first impression. Your role will be to schedule seminars; reach out to attendees as they register to confirm their attendance; greet them at the seminar, and eventually schedule their meeting with the advisor. You will also be responsible for managing the advisor's calendar and making sure the day is scheduled most efficiently.

Responsibilities
• Enjoy working with people on a one-on-one basis
• Communicate with prospects and clients over the phone on a regular basis
• Manage seminar mailing, scheduling, and tracking
• Plan and manage day of seminar events
• Manage payment of invoices related to the seminars
• Greet and welcome seminar attendees ( approximately 2 evenings per week)
• Fill and manage Advisors calendar
• Book appointments over the phone
• Confirm appointments on a daily basis


Education
• Bachelors degree in business or finance (Preferred)

Qualifications
• Self-starter who is able to thrive and function as a supportive team member
• 5+ years front office/administrative work experience
• Proficient computer skills
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• Life insurance license (Preferred - Must be able to become licensed within 1 year)
• Work experience in the insurance industry (Preferred)
• Excellent phone skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to follow instructions

Position Type
Full-time with a flexible schedule (2 evenings per week, and 50% time in the office)
