I want to have an awning built over my deck either coming off the roof or fully on posts. Clear poly carbonate roof. Deck is 20’ wide and 14’ deep. I expect it to be quite tall, like 12’ off the deck surface on the high side and 9’ on the low side, 24’ wide. Some tricky cuts to fit around pagoda and stairwell. Think tall pressure treated posts, 24’ beams, some rafters, and poly sheets. I’m looking to do this asap. Was planning to do myself but I’ve got about 20 projects, can’t do them all :-)

Looking for labor bids only, I will cover material cost. Must have real framing experience.

If this works out I will also likely expand this into additional outdoor framing projects:
- porch awning on front of house
- small three side structure for wood shed
- roof only carport, but just for lawn equipment.
- add white wood trim to my house siding

But to be clear, only looking for bids on the primary project first, but essentially I could probably employee you for 2 weeks with projects :-).

Include bid cost for the project and/or daily labor rate and estimated number of days, also include experience in response.

It’s also possible this not a very feasible project due to size of awning supported by posts with 20’ clear span beams. Anchoring it so it doesn’t become a sail will be critical, and giving it sheer strength
