There are a few spots in a home that creak. It happens due to thermal adjustments: the creaks are most prevalent in mid morning and evening when there is largest change in temperature between outside and inside temperature. No structural damage: no cracks in walls, foundation is fine, and home is all level.
I'd be asking to take a look / brainstorm what might be possible to do to mitigate. This is an advisory/consultation visit: no actual work/construction would happen.
