We are looking for a licensed plumber to do the following plumbing work at our house.
This house is in the Newport Hills area of south Bellevue, WA.
There are water leaks in a white drain pipe under a bathtub in an upper level bathroom located above a lower level bathroom.
The work is to:
(1) Replace the cracked white water pipe with new black ABS drain pipe for the bathtub in the upper level bathroom. This includes replacing the waste, overflow and P-Trap for the bathtub. Work includes removing drywall to access drain pipes and water pipes.
(2) Replace all old copper water pipes with new PEX water pipes (a) under and near upper level bathtub, (2) above lower level shower, and (3) behind lower level shower. Length of copper water pipes to be replaced is about thirty (30) feet. Work includes removing drywall to access water pipes.
(3) Replace the old water heater and thermal expansion tank with new water heater and new thermal expansion tank. Work includes replacing the water shutoff gate valve for the water heater with new ball valve, temporarily moving stacked washer & dryer and gas pipes in front of water heater to access water heater.

We will pay for all materials, but you will need to pick up all materials including new water heater from a local store, and bring them to the job site.
We will pay you $1,200 or your Best Offer for labor.
Drywall repair work will be done by others.
