Our house is in the Newport Hills area of Bellevue, WA.
We have 8 single-pane aluminum windows, and 1 single-pane aluminum patio door.
4 windows and 1 patio door are in ground level, and additional 4 windows are in second level (see pictures).
We want to replace these 8 windows and 1 patio door with new white vinyl clear double-pane energy-efficient windows and patio door. All windows and patio door should have screens.
The approximate sizes of these windows and patio door are as follows:
84 inches wide by 80 inches tall (1 patio door)
90 inches wide by 60 inches tall (1 window, double-end slider)
72 inches wide by 36 inches tall (1 window, slider)
48 inches wide by 48 inches tall (3 windows, slider)
48 inches wide by 36 inches tall (1 window, slider)
24 inches wide by 36 inches tall (1 window, slider)
24 inches wide by 24 inches tall (1 window, slider)
Two additional white vinyl double-pane windows are missing screens. We will need new screens for these two windows as well.
Please let us know how much you would charge for this work including labor, materials including 8 windows, 1 patio door and 2 screens, and dump fees to haul away 8 old windows and 1 patio door.
You will need to come to the job site and measure the windows and patio door before placing order for windows and patio door.
