We’re hiring a reliable exterior cleaning technician for **Eastside residential work**. Primary work includes **gutter cleaning**, with opportunities for **soft washing and pressure washing** depending on experience.
**All work is located on the Eastside of Seattle, primarily throughout King and Snohomish County.**
This is hands-on, outdoor work. We’re looking for someone who takes safety seriously, shows up on time, and is comfortable working at height.
**Work is primarily performed from extension ladders. Limited roof access may occasionally be required, but safety protocols prioritize ladder-based work whenever feasible.**
### What We’re Looking For:
* Gutter cleaning experience preferred
* Soft wash or pressure washing experience is a plus
* Comfortable working with **extension ladders (24’–40’)**
* **Valid driver’s license and clean driving record** (driving work vehicles)
* Able to lift equipment and work outdoors
* Good communication skills and solid work ethic
