We are seeking a kind, reliable person dedicated to caregiving for my sister, an IDD senior lady with mobility challenges who loves basic art projects, is very social, and wants to be out in the community. She loves nature and being on the move. She attends two art classes a week and treasures these days.
She has a silly side and sense of humor, she loves the Beach Boys, books read aloud, and being creative with paint and paper.
She is living in a setting that does not provide adequate socialization.
We need someone who will bring her to her activities and bring some fun conversations to her days.
Seeking someone who is a caregiver, not someone just finding a short job between other things.
Local references appreciated.
Applicant must have safe, reliable transportation as this is a big part of the job.

Wednesday 9.30-12.30
Sunday 1-3
The job includes; companionship, art projects, reading aloud, and transportation.
