I've been warning people for over 30 years about the negative effects of a sedentary lifestyle and poor diet..... including family and friends. Many of them didn't heed my advice and as a result there are no longer here.

I am the owner of Ray's Ultimate Fitness. I have been training people since 1995. I conduct online and in-home sessions. I have worked with hundreds of people and can help anyone reach their peak physical fitness. Some of my clients even called me "the miracle worker".
If you look at the second photo, that's an article that was done on me in Iron Man magazine in the fall of 1995. That point had already been training and competing for 15 years! I was a veteran and I hadn't even turned 30 yet.

I believe natural bodybuilders are the best trainers. It's because we know how to build muscle and lose body fat without resorting to drugs or other dangerous measures.
