This is a Grohe "Seabury" mini-wideset bathroom faucet (P/N 20122000) with Seabury Cross Handles (P/N 18731000) in "Starlight Chrome" (the "000" at the end of each P/N = Starlight Chrome). The box describes this as a "Mini Lavatory" faucet. The 3 holes in your sink need to be fairly small diameter 1-1/8" max for the faucets, 1-5/16" max for the faucet. All parts are here BUT Grohe did not include the hoses with this faucet, but they are standard and can be purchased at most any hardware store. $100 CASH ONLY. I can deliver this anywhere from Renton to Seattle (east/west) and Renton to Woodinville (south/north).

More: This was a showroom display item that I purchased off eBay, so it hasn't actually been used in a bathroom (the handles I purchased new for about $80). My sink holes turned out to be much larger and the O-rings on the faucet and handle bases didn't seal correctly, so I wasn't able to install it. Grohe has discontinued the Seabury series, but any parts you are likely to need in the future are still available. When new, the faucet portion alone was over $200 (it is a high quality, solid brass fixture). I don't have the installation instructions, but it's no different than most other faucets.
