The box is unopened. The contents are in pristine condition, but the box itself has a scratch on the plastic window (as you can see in the pics).

We bought this front door lock/handle set from Amazon 5 years ago but never ended up using it. Comparable lock sets sell for about $140 today. It's been in unopened original packaging inside or in an attached garage since.
