I recently (October) moved to Washington from Texas to be in a "Blue State" and for a fresh start. I have income coming in along with state benefits, and can help with groceries and such.
I am looking for a chill housemate that's not a basket case. I'm very introverted and really laid-back. I mind my own business, stay to myself and am drama free. Non drinker and drug free. Can pass background check and have references.
My current situation is not really working out as promised. I only have clothes and a few small personal items. Furnished would be nice but not necessary. I can acquire whatever I may need. I know this is probably a long shot but I thought I'd give Craigslist a try. LGBT friendly is my biggest concern. Not willing to trade sex for room and board.
