Part-Time Home Care Office Coordinator / Client Services (WellSky Preferred)
King County, WA
20–30 hours/week | Flexible daytime schedule
$25–$29/hour DOE

Seniors Helping Seniors East King is a growing in-home senior care agency looking for an experienced, organized, compassionate, and proactive office professional to support daily operations, caregiver coordination, and client services.
If you have worked in a home care agency office, understand scheduling, caregiver coordination, inbound client calls, and can confidently help convert inquiries into consultations, we’d love to talk.
What you'll do:
Answer inbound calls from prospective clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners
Follow up promptly on new care inquiries / leads
Help schedule consultations and home assessments
Support inbound sales conversations and lead conversion
Coordinate caregiver interviews, onboarding, and paperwork
Assist with caregiver scheduling, call-outs, and shift coverage
Support caregiver-client matching
Maintain records in WellSky Personal Care (preferred) or similar home care software
General office operations and administrative coordination
Occasionally assist with client visits / assessments as the role evolves
Preferred experience:
Previous home care agency office experience required
WellSky Personal Care strongly preferred (or similar home care platforms such as AxisCare, ClearCare, AlayaCare, HHAeXchange)
Scheduling / staffing coordination experience
Some sales, lead intake, customer conversion, or client service experience preferred
Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
Strong organization and multitasking abilities
Reliable transportation required
