STIHL AR 3000 Backpack Battery - $300 (Kirkland, WA)

**Important note on version:** This is the original AR 3000, not the current AR 3000 L that STIHL sells today. As far as I can tell they are identical in capacity and specs — the difference is the case and mounting hardware. For example, it will not directly mount to the BGA 300 blower, but it is compatible with nearly every other STIHL AP Battery System tool. We've used it with the KMA 135R, the BGA 200, and a STIHL battery mower.
We bought this battery used a couple of years ago. It has always been stored and used in its case and is in excellent condition — honestly overkill for what we need around the house.
**What's included:**
- AR 3000 backpack battery
- Backpack case and rain cover (shown in photos)
- AP adapter (allows use with other STIHL AP Battery System tools and charging via an AP charger)
**Not included:** The charger. I'll continue using it with our smaller AP batteries.

**Why I'm selling:** My 12 & 14 year old sons are doing lawn care for neighbors this year, but the backpack is too heavy and bulky for them to use comfortably. We're moving to AP 500 batteries that work better with the rest of our STIHL gear.
