Most of my competitors do not build with 2x4 walls and trusses 16" on center. Most of my competitors do not use 3/4" sub floor plywood for the floors. They substitute 7/16 osb that sag between every floor joist after about six months. My roofs have a limited lifetime warranty and I have free call backs if your shed should ever need to be re-leveled due to settling. My walls and roof have full vapor barrier so you won't get excessive moisture in your new building. Just add Sheetrock and insulation and you have a building just like the one you’re living in.
I do not compete with Home Depot or Lowes or for that matter any of the other "shed builders" in the area. As a retired home builder I know my buildings last.
My sheds are NOT kits. I hand build all of them from scratch or you can show me a design you want and I can build it.
All my sheds are built to last, Built with 2 x 4 Construction, Vapor barrier, real siding, nice doors and windows. Optional Full size Garage doors with a lock, optional shelving or other accessories. Do you need a place to store your riding lawn mower, jet skis, motorcycles or quads. Maybe you need a workshop or a gardening station. you pick the style and I build it on site.
My sheds are not delivered so there will be no big trucks driving across your lawn. Sheds can be built in 1 to 5 days depending on what you are looking for. Why pay a storage company when you can have it in your back yard and not have a monthly payment.
Most designs have storage in the attic area and have 7' to 8' walls. Most sheds come with adjustable bases for easy leveling if the ground should ever settle.
If you’re considering a rent to own shed. I would do the math 1st.
Get a shed that will help your resale value not cripple it.
