Matching set of a standard full sized leather couch and reclining/swivel chair. My elderly parents originally spent $3-4,000 on this set 15 years ago and they are only getting rid of this set because they need new lift chairs and their little apartment doesn't have room to keep these. The set has been regularly used, with a small amount of dog scratches on the seat of the recliner (see photos), but overall the set is in great shape for the age. If you wanted to use leather cleaner (some is included) and polish these up, they are quite nice looking. Note that the couch photo shows the couch with 6" risers that it is just sitting on and it can be lowered down to a normal couch height.

The only reason these are free and they aren't trying to sell the set is that they are heavy and a bit awkward to move, and they live on the 5th floor in retirement housing where you will need to come and verify that you want to get them, and then you need to talk to the office staff and schedule a formal time to use the loading area and designated loading elevator. If you are interested, please email me and I will set up a time early next week after work when I can meet you at their apartment in Bothell to look at the couches and then you can arrange the pickup for later in the week.
