Backup Vending Machine Support Helper, Flexible As-Needed Work (Bellevue)

We are looking for reliable local backup helpers for our automated cotton candy vending machine at the Marketplace at Factoria.
This is not a regular weekly cleaning schedule at the start. This is an as-needed backup role for occasional quick jobs, such as checking the machine, light cleaning, taking photos/videos, helping with inventory, or assisting with simple troubleshooting.
This role may eventually lead to the regular part-time cleaning schedule if it becomes available.
Responsibilities:
* Visit the machine when an as-needed job is offered and accepted.
* Check the machine and report any issues.
* Take and upload clear photos/videos through a Google Form.
* Complete light cleaning or basic support tasks as instructed.
* Check inventory levels when needed.
* Follow written instructions and communicate clearly.
Requirements:
* Must live near the Marketplace at Factoria.
* Must have access to reliable transportation.
* Please include how many minutes you are from the mall by car.
* Reliable, punctual, and responsive by text.
* Able to work independently.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Working phone required for photos, forms, and instructions.
* Prior cleaning, vending, inventory, delivery, retail, or maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
* Highly preferred: basic mechanical ability, comfort using hand tools, and patience with troubleshooting.
Schedule:
As-needed backup role. No guaranteed weekly schedule at the start.
When jobs come up, we will message the backup list with the details, pay, and time window. You can accept or decline each job based on your availability.
Possible tasks may include machine checks, light cleaning, inventory checks, troubleshooting support, or filling in for the regular cleaner.

Compensation:
Pay is per completed visit and depends on the job.
Quick visits and basic checks are paid at a minimum of $20 per trip. Longer visits or troubleshooting tasks are paid at $20/hr or the listed flat-rate amount, whichever is higher.
If the regular cleaning schedule becomes available, compensation for that schedule will be discussed separately.
