One-family-owned for 75 years. All original body, uncut, super original interior. Bought recently from the grandson of the original owner. Car has had a 1978 Camaro subframe spliced to the original chassis. Small block 350, TH350 automatic, and 10 bolt Camaro rear end. Comes with many original parts, and new parts. Omni Brake and Alignment just installed new coil springs, all new A-Arm bushings, sway bar connector links, and did a full alignment last week. Muffler King, next door to Omni, installed all new dual exhaust with turbo mufflers and chrome tips out the back. Those two services were $4,000 including the springs that I supplied. I have a speedometer cable to mate original speedometer to the TH350, 12 to 6 volt reducer so you can use most of the original gauges, new weather-strip for the trunk, and all 4 doors, 12 volt electric wiper motor upgrade. Needs heater. Most new parts bought from shoebox-central.com and still in the packages.
I bought this car because my Grandpa had one when I was a small child and I loved the suicide doors. I'm looking for someone who would like a very nice original 1950 Mercury cruiser to play with this Winter and be ready for all of next year's cruise-ins.
