2013 BMW 328i M Performance with CarPlay - Moving Sale - $8,600 (Bellevue)

We've been traveling internationally and just got back for a few weeks so re-listed.
Why priced so cheap - anything wrong?
We've got 2 kids, traveling internationally and rarely drive this anymore, so selling at a low price. Nothing wrong at all.
Although it's based on 328i, it has M Performance package with 20" top performance wheels so it was bought at over $56k + tax (with inflation it'd be worth $65k if it was sold today?). It is the most beautiful BMW I have ever seen (IMO of course) - not too elaborate like the M cars and just simple and beautiful. I have never seen more pretty wheels in any car.
Highlights & Upgrades include:
1. M Performance package including dynamic handling & steering
2. 20" 405M wheels + M Performance exhaust ($6000+)
3. Head up display
4. Largest screen option with navigation
5. Upgraded with Apple wireless CarPlay unit (note that the screen is not touch screen, so need to use the knob to interact)
6. Upgraded with backup camera
7. Upgraded with JL Audio XD800/8v2 amplifier and Focal Integration IFBMW-S speakers (tried BavSound first but Focal is better)
It has small scratches.
