Condition:
Car as been parked long term. It was recently driven from Maple Valley to Lynnwood and back again. Check engine light is on, system monitor reads malfunction on front left side. There are tears in passenger seat. Has lots of tread on the tires though may have flat spots from sitting which may or may not smooth out. Tires currently loosing air slowly. Visible brake rust from outside storage. Trunk has evidence of moisture under the spare tire. Headliner cover is peeling off of the sun roof. The sun roof motor works but it doesn't open, rather, partially opens on one side into a crooked jammed position. Though it starts, batteries should be replaced. Condition:

Per estate agreement, there will be a holding period until funds are cleared. Title to be transferred in person via an estate representative One piece of windshield trim is loose.
