We are currently seeking a candidate to manage the maintenance team and day-to-day office operations for our locally owned pool and spa service company.
The ideal candidate must have experience managing a service crew and a maintenance fleet of at least eight people. Experience specifically within the pool and spa industry is highly desired.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Strong Management Skills
*Overseeing and Maintaining the Maintenance Service Database
*Scheduling of the Maintenance Team
*Excellent Customer Service Communication, Troubleshooting Customer Needs, and Following Up
*Manage the Office Phones and General Email
*Main Contact for our Maintenance Customers
*Work in Conjunction with our Bookkeeper, Offering Support as Needed
*Writing up Work Orders for our Service Department
*Accurate and Detailed Data Entry
*Highly Organized and Detail Oriented
*Comfortable Handling Multiple Tasks and Priorities
*Can work independently and stay productive
*Self-Motivated
*Overseeing the Maintenance of our Service Fleet (i.e. Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, etc.)
*Ordering of Office & Maintenance Department Related Supplies
*Checking in and Labeling Orders as the Arrive
*Onboarding of New Hires for the Maintenance Department (seasonal)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (includes 30 minute Lunch Break)
Benefits:
-Wage: DOE $27.00 - $30.00 /hourly to Start, Review in 90 Days
-40 hours PTO after 1st Year at Full Time
-Sick Leave Pay, in Accordance with WA State guidelines
- Fully Paid Premium for Medical and Dental, after 90 Days of Full-time employment (U.H.C & Colonial)
-Simple IRA 3% match, after 1st full year
