Onboarding Process
-We will meet to discuss your current technology pain points and theorize solutions to best address them, while also looking for situations where your business operations don’t align with your technology configurations, inferring that efficiency opportunities are available.
-We install a management agent on all computers for quick help in break/fix situations (details below) and to track and notify you about outdated assets.
-Network equipment: we’ll make any recommendations we deem necessary to make it more robust.
-At the end of the initial onboarding process, we will be able to help you with day-to-day issues quickly. We will then discuss the steps necessary to adopt our core stack of technology services and move into a discovery process to develop the project plan.
-Due to the high number of organic referrals coming our way, we will facilitate your immediate needs while scheduling onboarding projects for low anxiety implementation.
New Capability, Migration, or Major Service Adjustments:
-For each major migration project an estimated 2-4 hour discovery process will take place to review your environment and draw up an estimate for your project. (Billed at Tier 2 Rates)
-Estimates will include the following:
The complexities of your current environment and a plan to minimize downtime.
The cost of engagement to accomplish the project's various elements, and if labor overages are expected with your environment.
The cost of any additional software\hardware necessary.
Break/Fix:
-Reach out with all your technology needs, whether it’s a printer that needs setting up, a new employee starting, or advice on how best to navigate a technological hurdle. We are here to help when you need it!
-Break/Fix is fast and affordable (typically Tier 1). We have an industry low 15-minute minimum, and bill in 15-minute increments to stay highly accessible.
-You’ll remain informed whenever working with us. We strive to coordinate within 30 minutes after we receive your request. Our average first contact is under 10 minutes!

-Most clients require our $3,500 Microsoft 365 Fortify process. Like all enterprise suites, M365 isn't secure by default out of the box. We conduct a multi-week process to set up customized security controls based on your needs and various security factors. Elements which facilitate compliance for NIST, HIPPA, CIS, etc.
Fortify Managed: monthly fixed-cost based on number of users (ranges from $75-280)
