I am a therapist that has been accruing clinical hours that need to be entered into an Excel spreadsheet. I have been logging them using a paper template provided by my organization via FormSwift, but I am behind on entering hours back to March 2025 and want to move from the paper version to Excel.
I'm looking for someone to create an Excel sheet, enter my hours (I have Outlook Calendar data pdfs with all hours that need to be counted as well as color-coded key). I am horrible at explaining computer stuff/data entry so I apologize.
