Healthy Edge 8-Week Lifestyle Program:
The Healthy Edge is a world-renowned weight loss and lifestyle program. The program includes 8 weekly sessions with entertaining and informative videos explaining the how-to's of health and weight loss, empowering audios to deal with emotional eating and self-sabotaging behavior, over 300 online recipes for food support, downloadable notes, support materials, and more.
What You Get:
•Initial 1-hour consultation with Jon to evaluate dietary habits, exercise routine, stress, sleep patterns and other factors related to health and weight. Set goals and make plan.
•Eight, 90-minute weekly group sessions to include: 60 minutes of Lifestyle & Weight Loss group coaching and 30 minutes Personal Training.
•Body Analysis: Weight, Body Fat, Body Circumference Measurements
