About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Construction Superintendent to manage residential interior remodel projects—ranging from small cosmetic home improvements and countertop replacements to full-scale gut remodels. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance multiple projects, maintain strict timelines, and deliver exceptional quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Oversee 3–4 remodel projects of varying sizes in parallel, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
*Demonstrate proven expertise in city permitting, framing compliance, and reading detailed plans.
*Collaborate effectively with homeowners, architects, and designers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
*Maintain a forward-thinking approach—always planning 2–3 steps ahead to anticipate challenges and keep projects on track.
*Drive timelines toward successful completion while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
*Prepare and submit accurate reports using company-provided systems to ensure transparency between the company and clients.
*Provide project managers with timely updates to keep office-level operations moving efficiently.
*Manage subcontractors with professionalism, ensuring strong relationships and accountability during rough-in and trim-out phases.
*Allocate time effectively across a calendar week to maximize on-site presence during critical stages.
*Perform hands-on tasks when needed, such as hanging bathroom accessories, site preparation, and clean-up.
*Uphold a solution-oriented mindset, presenting only resolutions to clients for a seamless experience.
*Enforce safety standards and compliance with building codes throughout all phases of construction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Extensive experience as a Construction Superintendent in residential interior remodels.
*Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom construction, including cabinetry, plumbing, and finishes.
*Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and efficiency.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients and subcontractors.
*Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
*Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality without compromise.
*Comfortable with self-performing tasks when necessary to keep projects moving forward.
