She has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a shared shower.
she has been well maintained and updated under my care. She still needs work as any 30+ yr old vessel does. Everything works and she’s ready to cruise the islands this summer.
Listed bellow are the items I have done sense I have owned her.
2019-
Black water system replaced all hoses clamps etc.
Updated with electronic heads in both bathrooms
All brass interior hardware removed and replaced with polished stainless steel
New LED navigation lights installed
Flat floors installed in cockpit hatches and engine room
Battery boxes built and all batteries replaced
2020
SS kitchen sink installed
Bathroom / shower updates – Wall coverings/ countertops/ lighting.
All plumbing fixtures updated with Grohe components
New 11 gallon hot water tank.
Installed marine air AC/ Heating units 16000BTU feeding bedrooms and bathrooms 12000BTU unit feeding the galley and salon
New VHF Antennas x2
2021
All lighting replaced with led fixtures.
All switches / exterior and on the fly bridge replaced with back lit labeled conturua rocker switches.
Fly bridge side panels replaced with Starboard.
Replaced cockpit drains and all plumbing associated. New through hulls.
2022
Replaced bow cushion
Replaced aft deck built in bench
New VHF At fly bridge
2024
Haul out 2 coats of fresh bottom paint
Props tuned by the prop shop
New cutlass bearings
All new zincs
New carpet and padding through out interior

New water pump on starboard motor
