Large chest-type kimchi refrigerator with 2 pull-out drawers. Comes with 9 x 1 gallon containers for kimchi, with each compartment in the top of the unit holding 4 containers. The pull-out drawers have removable tubs for easy cleaning. The refrigerator has various settings for fermenting new kimchi and storing it at various temperatures. We've had the unit since we bought it 15 years ago, but need to downsize. Full disclosure -- the unit sat unused for a number of years and when I plugged it back in, found it was no longer cooling and had lost its refrigerant charge. I evacuated and recharged it and it worked fine, but we ended up not using it as our family had shrunk and we simply did not make as much kimchi as we used to. Thus, it needs a new home! I would give it away free to a good home, but the kimchi tubs are wonderful and are probably some of the finest I have ever seen -- like the best Tupperware ever, and they have value just by themselves! We paid nearly $2000 for this when we purchased it from one of the H-Mart predecessors in Lynnwood.
