This suite is inside a home built in 2014, located off Cedar Grove Road between Maple Valley and Issaquah. The suite has a private kitchen with built-in over the range microwave, ¾ bath, bedroom, living room, in suite washer/dryer, and off-street parking. It is about 550 sq. ft. in the front of the 1 level house, looking out to a forest across the street. There is one step at the shared entry, but no stairs inside the house. The guest suite and main part of the house have entry doors leading to the shared entry foyer, so we don't see each other when we come or go. The space also has forced air heating and air conditioning. Each section of the home has its own controls for heat and AC. The home is located in a non-RTA tax area, so you will save $$ registering your car here. Walk score is near 0.

We are a family of 3 looking to share our home with a quiet person with a FICO credit score above 700 and a monthly income over $4,000. No pets, no smoking. 1st and last month’s rent plus $500 security deposit to move in. Internet, water, sewer, garbage, and electricity are an additional $100/mo. for a single person.
