Rent is $1,000/month. $300/month for utilities (electricity, internet, well water, garbage, recycling.) You also get approximately 10x10 not climate controlled storage in our garage, your own washer and dryer in our garage, space for a small shop/crafting, access to 5 acres including a pond and dingy, fire pit, camping area, forest, and field. Our tenant will also have space to grow their own garden, if desired.
My partner and I live on the property, but our tenant will have their own separate driveway and parking area. The tiny house is tucked away and very private. Please tell us a little about yourself and we can schedule a time to meet and show you the tiny house.
The tiny home is a great way to reduce your impact on the environment with more sustainable living! We are just 30 minutes from Microsoft in Redmond, and the commute to the entire Eastside is lovely.
Add $300 for utilities for an extra person. First, last, and damage deposit required. Move in February 1st, 2026.

Very calm dogs on leash 100% of the time considered - we have pet ducks and they are frightened easily. There is a dog park in town for off leash time.
