- Web Experience- Ability to fluidly code and execute designs online and understands the nuances of CSS and HTML. Some development experience and troubleshooting skills required. Familiarity integrating content management systems is a plus.

We are looking for freelance candidates with the following qualifications:

Must be proficient working Photoshop, illustrator and must possess a working knowledge of Adobe Flash platform
Edit and customize CSS and HTML using a text editor
Experienced working with PHP, a plus
