Maintenance Director for Property Management Company
We are looking for someone who excels in communication between customer, vendors & owners. Detail oriented with great organization skills, able to calmly handle high pressure situations. Has experience in maintenance repair issues, maintenance scheduling, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and basic computer programs.
This is a full time position Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
