I could pick you up in Tacoma/ Olympia or if you paid for the ferry, possibly Seattle.

Gas $ would be nice, this truck is fuel efficient and has never let me down, but (both truck and driver) have quirks. So please don't be the type who would freak out if this turns into an adventure... I am planning to drive straight through, and could possibly ask for you to drive for an hour or two.. stickshift

I have room for a few passengers with luggage. Asking for gas $ to help with travel.

I'm driving straight through so you'd have to be okay with:

- Combining fuel, food and restroom breaks quickly.
- Leaving in the dark (9PM - Midnight)
- Helping out with gas $ (I get about 23mpg - driving a Volvo XC90)
- MAYBE helping with driving if I get too tired - though I've made this run alone several times. Alternatively, I can pull over for a nap, then keep going.

Me: Safe, sane, perfect driving record, 45 GWM (ladies - you're safe with me). :-) Liberal politics. Clean. Drug/Drink/Smoke-free. Eclectic music tastes.

You: Sane (at least moderately), clean and odor free. No pets please, luggage/backpack okay.

The Deal: how about $20 per state you ride with me in? So, that could mean $20 from Tacoma to Portland, $20 from Portland to Grants Pass or $20 from Crescent City to SF.

As this is a long trip, please provide a phone number or email so we can talk first - I'd like to be on the same wavelength for this trip - I'd hate to kick a rabid Limbaugh fan out of my car in the middle of the freeway (but I'd do it). :-)
